How to Shop

Shopping. The hardest decision at Trash and Vaudeville will be deciding which product to choose first.

To purchase a product or browse our product selection: Click on one of the main shopping categories from the top navigation bar - Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Shoes or Sale. - This will take you to the category pages. Then click on one of the product images and this will take you to the product detail. To get a better look at an item or see a close up of the image: drag your mouse over the large product image and on the right side you'll see a close up of the photo. To view a different angel of the image, simply click on one of the mini images.

To add the item to your shopping bag, select your size and click on the 'add to bag' button (Nothing is ordered yet and you can back out anytime). From this point, you can continue shopping by selecting the "back" button or "continue shopping" button, or select a shopping category from the top navigation bar - Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Shoes or Sale.

To modify your shopping bag, select 'shopping bag' located on every page in the top right hand corner. To remove an item, select "remove" button on your shopping bag page. After making any changes to a size or quantity, click the 'Recalculate' button at the bottom of the shopping bag page before clicking on 'Checkout'. Once you've added all of your products you want, go to the shopping bag page by clicking on "shopping bag" located on the top right side. To checkout, choose your shipping method and for USA orders click the 'Pink Checkout' button or for International orders click the 'PayPal Checkout' button. Next you will be asked for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc. After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.

Order Status/Confirmation

After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number.

You will receive an email receipt confirming your order with TrashandVaudeville.com. The email receipt will come from customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your order and International Orders please allow up to 10-14 business days to process your order.

IMPORTANT: To ensure you receive your email 'receipt,' please add customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com to your address book or safe list.



Change Your Order/Address

If you find that a mistake was made at any point during the order process and that a change must be made, please contact customer service immediately after placing the order. However, changes to an order are not guaranteed due to our auto-approval process, and an order cannot be changed once it is processed at our warehouse, so please be mindful of the color, size and other specifications of the item while placing the order. Please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team if you have questions or concerns at any time during the ordering process and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.

Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe to our newsletter. In every newsletter you receive, there is an "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom or you can simply send an email to customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com and in the subject enter UNSUBSCRIBE. Personal information that you provide to us is maintained in secured and private files on our internal systems. What if the item doesn't fit or I don't like it?
TrashandVaudeville.com wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange merchandise within 14 DAYS after receipt so long as the item(s) are in the original condition.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Your shipping and billing address must be the same. We only ship to the billing address.
International orders are subject to taxes and duties. Please see Taxes and Duties.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Your package may be subject to taxes and duties that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Trash and Vaudeville is not liable for any additional charges you may incur, and it is the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges for Customs' clearance must be borne by you. Trash and Vaudeville has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has their own Customs' regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Trash and Vaudeville, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Each order will be accompanied by a Customs' form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs' office for further information.

How to Process a Return/Exchange



RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY:

You must return/exchange a products within 14 days of the order delivery date. (The order delivery date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please email your RMA request to customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com

Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and in the intact original box and/or packaging.

Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Trash and Vaudeville will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Sorry, we cannot take returns on worn items.

Please make sure to insure your shipment & record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the status. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Sale item purchases are only eligible for exchanges. Sorry, no returns are available on sale items.

Shipping and handling is not refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Orders over $300 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for the freight charges unless you have received damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods, please email our customer care at customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they cannot be accepted.

All returns will be credited to the original credit card used.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 1 week of our warehouse receiving your item, unless the exchange requested is on backorder.

Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To process your return/exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Please follow and read our Returns/Exchanges Policy or International Order Returns/Exchanges Policy


2. Please email customerservice@trashandvaudeville.com within 14 days of delivery date established by shipper. (Orders are eligble for return/exchanges if 14 days old or less than provided delivery date established by shipper i.e. USPS, FED EX, etc)


3. Please state discrepancy of order including order number, name, item(s) desired to exchange or return. Trashandvaudeville.com reserves the right to refuse packages that do not follow return policy instructions.

4. After you get your RMA number, please ship your package back to us at the following address:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


When packing your return, please be sure to place the RMA number on the outside of the package, near the shipping label. Please do not write RMA number on the shipping label. Please note our business hours: M-F 9:30AM-4PM EST.

6. Please include a print out of your original order receipt and place in the return/exchange package.

7. Important - Please make sure to insure your shipment & record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt.






INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

If the customer would like to return or exchange an item, they are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to Trash and Vaudeville, and the shipping cost to get the exchanged item shipped to back them.

Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items.
